Promote yoga as a practical solution for sedentary lifestyles. I offer targeted sessions to address common desk-related issues like back pain and stress, integrating this scientific approach, focusing on functional movement, alignment, and the flow state.

A 2024 study published in Frontiers in Public Health, (Reduce stress and the risk of burnout by using yoga techniques) found that participants taking regular yoga breaks reported lower levels of stress, higher well-being compared to non-practitioners. Normalising yoga during lunch breaks, I aim to make yoga and self-care a regular part of your workday.

MY OFFER

As a dedicated yoga teacher, I take a science-based approach to modern yoga, blending traditional postures with modern anatomical understanding and functional movement. My focus on correct alignment and posture correction makes yoga accessible, safe, and effective for everyone.

Therapeutic yoga in corporate settings:
I address challenges of sedentary lifestyles, especially for those spending long hours at a desk. My sessions target neck, back, and shoulder tension, improving posture, flexibility, and overall well-being. This approach not only supports physical health but also enhances mental clarity and reduces stress.

Workplace wellness culture:
I encourage yoga breaks as a normal and beneficial part of the workday, fostering an environment where self-care is valued and integrated.

Short, accessible classes:
Sessions designed to fit seamlessly into lunch breaks or busy schedules. Desk-friendly yoga focuses on relieving tension, strengthening neglected muscles, and counteracting the effects of prolonged sitting.

Who can benefit from this?

I collaborate with various organizations, including youth centers, offices, banks, and professionals such as lawyers, psychologists, social workers, and educators, to bring yoga into workplaces.
