I combine traditional yoga with modern anatomy and functional movement, focusing on alignment and posture to make yoga safe and effective for everyone.

Sessions can be customized to your needs — 45, or 60 minutes.

Unlimited participants and benefits — sessions can be adapted for any team size.

  • Desk Detox & Neuro Yoga — Supports better focus, nervous system regulation, and performance enhancement. Ideal for mental clarity and improved productivity: movement for energy and focus.

  • Therapeutic Yoga — relief for lower back, shoulder tension, and neck pain, improve posture, flexibility, and reduce stress — supporting both physical and mental well-being.

  • Mindfulness, Breath & Meditation — practices for balance and mental clarity. Reduces stress and anxiety while balancing the nervous system, promoting calm and resilience.

​I am a 2200-hour certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist with many years of teaching experience. Upon request, I offer a flexible approach, including chair yoga, vinyasa, yin, and beginner-friendly classes.
