YOGA & TRAININGS

I believe in lifelong learning and have a deep passion for the human body and anatomy. Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge of alignment and movement to create a modern, science-informed approach to yoga.

By blending traditional wisdom with the latest research, I make yoga accessible and adaptable to today’s lifestyles, with a focus on breath, alignment, and mindful movement.

In 2021, I completed 100 hours of Personal Training and have since attended a range of workshops to refine my skills. I am currently studying to become a Yoga Therapist and have completed a 200-hour training in neuroscience and yoga, further deepening my expertise. Additionally, my training in Thai Yoga Massage enables me to integrate assisted stretching, acupressure, and breathwork into sessions, enhancing relaxation and easing tension.
