YOGA & TRAININGS
I believe in lifelong learning and am passionate about the human body and anatomy. Over the years, I've deepened my knowledge of alignment and movement to offer a modern, science-driven yoga practice.
Blending traditional wisdom with the latest research, I make yoga accessible and adaptable to today's lifestyles, focusing on breath, alignment, and movement.
In 2021, I completed 100 hours of Personal Training at Inside Yoga Frankfurt and have since attended various workshops to refine my skills. I’m currently pursuing a 200-hour training in neuroscience and yoga, further expanding my expertise. Additionally, my training in Thai Yoga Massage allows me to incorporate assisted stretching, acupressure, and mindful breathwork into sessions, enhancing relaxation and relieving tension.

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique therapy technique inspired by yoga, meditation, and ancient healing practices. The sessions are designed to restore energy and leave you feeling lighter, more spacious, and relaxed in your body.
