WHAT DO WE DO IN A PERSONAL TRAINING?
Whether you want to learn the basics, deepen your regular practice, improve your alignment, work towards an asana, or reduce lower back pain, build strength or get fitter, private classes are a great option.
Each personal training is unique and different, and each private class will depend on your goals and what you would like to work on.
Private yoga classes give you the opportunity to practice at your own pace, and are adapted to your specific needs, so you can reach any goals you may have. In each private class, I will use techniques and asanas, adapted to your level of experience, and as a result, you will be able to see faster progress and sustainable improvements.
Before we start, we’ll take the time to discuss your needs and goals.

Everyone should benefit from yoga in general. It doesn't matter if you think that you aren't flexible or strong enough, too old or too young, this is not what yoga is about. If you are still not sure, let's talk and see what we can do.
Beginners: AnyBody who wants to start their yoga journey but doesn't feel comfortable yet. Private yoga classes are a great way to start and to set a solid foundation.
Inside Flow lovers who would like to improve their practice or even deepen their knowledge on transitions, learn key principle alignment techniques to create a healthy flow practice for the years to come.
Yogis who want to deepen their existing yoga practice or work on a specific asana, learn healthy alignment of the body.

Inside Yoga is a scientific based and modern yoga style, made for a modern lifestyle. The focus lies on the healthy and anatomically correct alignment of the body and bones.
In 2021, I've completed 100hrs Personal Training at Inside Yoga Frankfurt to become a Coach and Personal Trainer and have since attended various workshops and immersion trainings to deepen my knowledge on anatomy and adjustment.
I've learned new methods and techniques that I am now ready to apply in our private sessions.

What is a Thai Yoga Massage?
It is a unique therapy technique that is largely inspired by yoga and meditation. The sessions are primarily intended to help restore energy and leave you with a sense of lightness and space in your body.
Thai yoga bodywork and massage focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body and combines dynamic-assisted stretching influenced by yoga with physical pressure applied along energy lines influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda.
