Welcome to our personal training services! Each session is focused 60 minutes, designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. You'll start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your aspirations and create a tailored plan. Please note that all clients must complete a client intake form before their first session to ensure a safe and effective program. Home visits are available a 15 km radius, with a small travel fee for further locations. Remember to book your sessions in advance and provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a full charge. We look forward to supporting you on your journey!

YOGA & TRAININGS
I believe in lifelong learning and have a deep passion for the human body and movement. Drawing on both traditional yoga wisdom and modern science, I offer a contemporary, accessible approach to yoga that emphasizes breath, alignment, and mindful movement.
My training includes 100 hours of Personal Training, a 200-hour neuroscience and 300-hours anatomy training, and ongoing studies in Yoga Therapy, a combination of traditional yoga and ayurveda principles, deep knowledge and experience of how the mind, body, spirit functions with the understanding of physiotherapy, psychology, and modern medicine. I am also trained in Thai Yoga Massage, allowing me to incorporate assisted stretching, acupressure, and breathwork to support relaxation and release tension.
