Step onto the mat and build a strong, confident, and graceful yoga practice from the ground up! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refine your foundation, this 6-week Align to Flow course is designed to help you move with awareness, strength, and ease.



Any yoga style can feel intimidating at first—but with the right guidance, anyone can learn to move fluidly. This course will teach you the fundamentals of alignment, breathwork, and mindful transitions, so you can practice safely and confidently.

✅ Breath & Movement – Learn to synchronize breath with motion for effortless flow


✅ Strength & Stability – Build strength and flexibility to support your practice

What to Expect:


Each 90-minute class will take on a workshop-like format, providing you with the tools and knowledge to enhance your practice. We’ll start by focusing on fundamental foot and hand alignment, gradually progressing to alignment principles for key asanas and seamless transitions between them.
