Inside Flow Masterclass with Nicki

Enjoy a 90 minutes masterclass with Inside Yoga and Inside Flow Senior Teacher Nicki! In her Inside Flow class Nicki will lead you through a beautiful warm up flow to good music that slowly will build up a choreography. You will feel wonderful while flowing from one asana into the next. The highlight is a song that will reach your heart, as you are going to create an intention for yourself which will bring you even deeper into the state of yoga. After flowing through this special sequence that matches the song energy, you’ll get a well deserved cool down stretching part and a nice Savasana to round up your experience on the mat.

Early Bird Price: 35euros ( for the first 10 participants) after that the price will change to 40euros

About Nicki: Nicki and her beautiful yoga studio YOGALIFE are situated in Graz, Austria. It was already in 2007 that she started her career as a yoga teacher and did her teacher training with Young Ho Kim. She is an Inside Yoga E RYT 500 certified teacher, Inside Flow senior teacher as well as a prenatal yoga teacher and a Positive Birth coach. Nicki is leading teacher trainings in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

Her teaching style is creative with the solid Inside Yoga background combined with a lot of music and sometimes she also grabs her Ukulele to sing a song which could be both traditional and modern. For Nicki yoga on the mat is just the beginning and it goes way beyond that. For her a compassionate and mindful living is part of the practice. Her topics in her classes reflect her mindset and are inviting to dive deeper into the practice for a transformational experience.
