Who Are the Teachers?
Bonnie -
Grown up in a Buddhism and Taoism embraced culture, I am dedicated to integrating yoga, life wisdom and mindfulness practices as the journey of self-discovery is an infinite treasure to be discovered.
I believe that through yoga we have the opportunity to open our hearts and recognize that the essence of our being is love. With practice we are able to love more, embrace each day and live in the moment to welcome every change and experience comes to our life.
I am a RYT certified yoga teacher having completed more that 500 HRS training in Vinyasa, Yin, Inside Flow & Inside Yoga. My teaching style is fluid, fun and creative with great focus on the movement/breathe connection and rhythm.
My hope as a teacher is to help each student accomplish whatever he or she is seeking, and to help students discover how yoga allows us to uncover and embrace our true selves, as the radiant, healthy, blissful, and loving beings that we all are deep down.
Maura -
Dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for movement and growth.
I view life as a continuous journey of self-discovery and education, which is why I have pursued extensive teacher training in anatomy, therapeutic approaches, and personal development. My teaching blends traditional wisdom with modern, science-driven practices. My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone, creating a safe and supportive environment where students and teachers can thrive, explore, and express themselves authentically. I prioritise safety through a deep understanding of anatomy and alignment, ensuring practices are both empowering and sustainable.
I’m deeply passionate about nurturing growth, both in myself and in my students. Witnessing transformation in our community inspires me to keep learning and evolving as a teacher.
Inside Flow holds a special place in my heart, a transformative yoga style combining music, movement, and breath into healing, meditative sequences. It invites us to let go, embrace presence, and express ourselves fully through movement.

What is Inside Flow?
Experience the unity of breath, movement, and music.
Inside Flow is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga, a powerful moving meditation. Your movement is guided by your breath, synchronised to the music, and each movement flows with the inhalation and exhalation.
Each class is designed to flow with eclectic modern music, culminating in a perfectly sequenced flow to a special song. Based on the yogic philosophy of SPANDA—the pulsation of nature—we embody this pulsation through breath and movement.
From the moment the class begins, you are in the flow, seamlessly transitioning from one asana to the next. The aim is to harmonise body and mind, achieving a meditative state through the combination of music, breath, and movement.
