In this 5 Week Course, we’ll dive into healthy alignment, mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and simple philosophy you can bring into everyday life. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to strengthen the basics and build confidence on the mat.
Yoga is more than the shapes we do on the mat. It's about moving with awareness, breathing with ease, and feeling comfortable in your own body.
What to ExpectBREATH - (Pranayama) – The Essence of Yoga
Each class begins with mindful breathing. You’ll learn a new pranayama technique every week, building awareness, calm, and deeper connection to your practice.
YOGA ASANA - Physical Practice & Alignment
Alignment Essentials: Build a strong and safe foundation through key poses and transitions.Strength & Stability: Develop balanced strength and flexibility to support your body and your yoga journey.
MEDITATION - Stillness & Awareness
Each session ends with 3–5 minutes of simple, accessible meditation: sitting still, observing the breath, and cultivating inner clarity and presence.
PHILOSOPHY - Understanding the Roots of Yoga
Learn foundational yoga philosophy to deepen your understanding beyond the mat—ideas that support mindfulness, compassion, and intentional living.
