  Experience the signature Inside Flow practice with music, breath, and mindful movement. Flow into a moving meditation with intention and rhythm.

Sunday

• 10:00 – 12:00 → Inside Flow

  Deepen your connection to movement and music in this creative and empowering Inside Flow session.

• 14:00 – 16:00 → Hip Opening, Yin & Poetry

  A soft landing to the weekend — open your hips, melt into Yin, and let poetry guide you into stillness and presence.
