EMPOWERING UPLIFTING DYNAMIC COMPASSIONATE
Experience the unity of Movement, Breath and Music.
Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper.
The class starts and you are in the Flow. We transition from one asana to the next one while synchronizing and connecting breath, movement to the beat of the music.
While practicing to modern music, we’ll build up a sequence of yoga asanas step by step, which then come together choreographed to a particular song. Inside Flow will touch your heart directly, strengthen your body, and leave you feeling uplifted and connected. All you need is INSIDE.
VINYASA ON BEAT
We will flow on beat from the start until the end, just like an infinity loop. Imagine a normal Vinyasa class, only on beat, this is what you can expect. A flowing sequence of asanas guided by the breath and the music. The breath leads the movements and every movement is synchronised with inhalation and exhalation. In the end you can expect some cool-down stretches and your well deserved shavasana.
Creating sustainable health. The aim is to release tension and relieve the body from unpleasant sensations. Instead of flowing through powerful sequences, the focus rather is on static poses that target specific body parts and areas of the body to strengthen and stretch them in order to achieve long-term benefits, and to increase overall well-being.
Therapeutic yoga for lower back, shoulder and neck pain.
‘Therapeutic’ means to support the body’s healing process in a sustainable way. Therefore, a therapeutic class is not relaxing, i.e. it’s not Yin Yoga. If you want to effect sustainable systemic change in the body, it requires effort and intense practice.
This involves movements that you don’t usually do in your everyday life. You will be taken through different asanas, which you will have to hold for a bit longer than usual, to fully challenge and improve your strength and stability.

Dynamic practice and vinyasa flow, aiming to empower YOU.
Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance.
In this energetic class, we will build a vinyasa sequence step by step, by first holding the asanas for alignment while working on conscious breathing, then we will move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting your breathing to your movements.
You can expect more challenging asanas built into a flow and how to transition safely from one posture to another.
