THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai Yoga Massage: The Art of Healing Touch 💆‍♀️

Join me for a nurturing and rejuvenating 2-hour workshop exploring the ancient practice of Thai Yoga Massage, a blend of yoga, meditation, and bodywork designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and restore balance

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn a simple Thai Yoga Massage sequence to practice with a partner, client, or friend.  🤲 Partner-Based Sequence
No prior experience required, just come with comfortable clothing and an open heart.

INSIDE FLOW

12:30PM- 13:30PM
Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper. The class starts and you are in the Flow. We transition from one asana to the next one while synchronizing and connecting breath, movement to the beat of the music.

While practicing to modern music, we’ll build up a sequence of yoga asanas step by step, which then come together choreographed to a particular song. Inside Flow will touch your heart directly, strengthen your body, and leave you feeling uplifted and connected. Based on the yogic philosophy SPANDA - the pulsation of nature - we embody the Spanda with our breath and our movement.​​

ANIMAL MOVES

Animal Flow® Level 1: Rediscover Your MovementUnleash your inner athlete and reconnect with your primal self.

Are you tired of the same old gym routine? Do you want to move with more grace, power, and coordination? Welcome to Animal Flow Level 1, a ground-based, bodyweight movement program designed to improve the function of the "human animal."This workshop is perfect for fitness enthusiasts, yogis, martial artists, or anyone looking to break plateaus and explore what their body is truly capable of. No equipment, no mirrors; just you and the floor.

 

What You’ll Learn:

During this 1h workshop, we will break down the 6 Pillars of Animal Flow:

Wrist Mobilizations: Essential prep to keep your joints healthy and resilient.

Activations: Static holds (Beast and Crab) to "wake up" the body and nervous system.

Form Specific Stretches: Full-body mobilizations that start in a base position and move through a wide range of motion (e.g., Ape Reach, Scorpion Reach).

Traveling Forms: Mimic the locomotive patterns of animals to improve coordination and "animal" strength.

Switches & Transitions: The "secret sauce": dynamic movements that link the positions together.

The Flow: We’ll culminate by stringing everything together into a seamless, choreographed sequence.

SOUNDHEALING

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner balance.

During this Sound Healing  workshop, participants are gently guided into a state of deep relaxation while being bathed in therapeutic sounds and vibrations. Using instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools, the session supports physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Sound works on a cellular level, helping the body shift out of stress and into a parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) state.

No prior experience is needed. Participants simply lie down comfortably and receive the sounds.

 

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel at ease.Allow yourself this time to pause, reset, and reconnect through the healing power of sound.

VINYASA ON BEAT

16:30PM- 17:45PM
Experience the seamless union of movement, breath, and music in this unique Vinyasa On Beat class, designed to guide you into the flow state. From the first inhale to the final exhale, we move together—on beat, in rhythm, like an infinite loop. Imagine your favorite Vinyasa flow, now infused with music that drives each transition. Every posture is connected through breath, every movement synchronized with the rhythm.
This class is all about presence, rhythm, and release. A dynamic, energizing sequence of asanas will help you tune out the noise and tune into your body and breath. We’ll finish with grounding stretches and a deeply restorative shavasana.

DANCE WORKSHOP

18:00PM- 19:00PM​

DANCE STEP- is the act of moving the body and its organs in general by following steps and actions together. It is among the dances of African origin that are played with special rhythms of African and European origin and are played step by step. It is a dance that aims to maintain the traditions, cultures and customs of dance in the world to ensure that we dance to make the body and mind healthy, to stimulate the body and mind, to protect ourselves from diseases, to build self-discipline and to improve the appearance of the body's shape.​​
