Do you want to create a healthy and sustainable flow practice that you can do for years to come? Become more confident in your transitions and asanas?

In this workshop ‘‘EXPERIENCE THE UNITY OF BREATH • MOVEMENT • MUSIC," you will learn the basic principles of Inside Flow, as well as alignment techniques that will support you in your flow practice.

In the first part of this workshop, we will work towards establishing the fundamentals of Inside Flow and learn how to move and transition with more lightness from asana to asana. In the second part of the workshop, we will apply the previously learned principles and alignment techniques into your Inside Flow, where you will be able to witness your own progress! We will focus on the key element of your vinyasa practice, which are the transitions. We will align your way from asana to asana, which will add value to your practice and help you to flow through them confidently, so you can enjoy your Inside Flow to the fullest.

You will learn how to connect breath, music and movement and get a first experience flowing on beat.

You will learn how to use those alignment techniques to move with more lightness in your yoga practice, while building strength and flexibility.

We will take a closer look at a group of key asanas and transitions of inside flow to ensure a healthy alignment and strong foundation. Be ready to laugh, sweat, and to be challenged!
