INSIDE FLOW WORKSHOP with Maura Explorer Saarlouis, Germany

1. ✨ALIGN TO FLOW (120 Min) ✨

In this workshop, we will take a closer look at various asanas and Inside Flow specialties and how to align your body, so you can create a healthy and sustainable flow practice.

You will learn the basic alignment for a safer Vinyasa Flow practice, as well as Inside Flow signature movements like “cobra-wave”, “wild thing”, “side plank”, “flying warrior” and more, and will focus on smooth transitions from one asana to the next.

As we transition from asana to asana at a faster pace, it is important to know how to keep our bodies safe while moving. Aligning your body in an anatomically correct and healthy way, will help you find better balance and stability in your practice, support you to flow with more ease and minimise the risk of injuries.

At the end of this class we will use the previously learned alignment techniques to flow on beat.

2. ✨90s INSIDE FLOW (90 Min) ✨

Get your disco groove on, as Maura guides you through a 90 minutes energising Inside Flow - vinyasa on-beat class, designed to get you sweaty, pumped and ready for the weekend!

Maura’s playlist of modern dance music will get your endorphins flowing while we light up the room with energy and good vibes.

The 90s Inside Flow Special is the perfect class for those looking to enjoy a fun-filled, faster- pace session, while practicing to some 90s music.
