About the event
This workshop focuses on improving posture, building a strong and healthy back, and increasing spinal mobility.
You’ll learn how to activate and strengthen the muscles that support your spine, while also improving how your back moves in a natural and functional way. We’ll work on simple, effective exercises to help reduce tension, improve alignment, and support your everyday movement.
We’ll also look at the connection between posture and breathing — because when your posture improves, your breathing becomes easier and more efficient.
You’ll receive practical alignment tips and easy exercises you can do at your desk, at work, or anywhere during the day to keep your back strong and supported.
