Workshop INSIDE FLOW AND ALIGNMENT on 5 November 2023, 10h30 to 12h30  Inside Flow is a combination of yoga, music and choreography. This modern yoga style can teach you a lot about grace. It combines the best of Vinyasa Yoga with the power of music in a moving meditation. You flow seamlessly from one pose to the next, guided by the rhythm of your breath and the beat of the music.  In this 2-hour workshop, Maura Explorer, the most charismatic and talented leading teacher of Inside Flow in Luxembourg will teach the essential alignment principles for a safe and sustainable Inside Flow. We will dive deep into the alignment of your feet, hands, shoulders, and hips, and cover Inside Flow signature movements like "cobra-wave," "wild thing," and "side plank." You will also learn how to smooth transitions from one asana to the next.  The grand finale of the workshop is a perfectly sequenced flow to a special song. This is where the magic really happens.
