Ready to level up your Inside Flow practice? Whether you're attending in person or joining online, this workshop is for you! Learn how to move, cue, and teach on beat, and deepen your understanding of how music and yoga come together to create a dynamic and connected flow. You will also learn how to effectively communicate on beat, making your practice more seamless and engaging.

What We Will Focus On:

Moving & Cueing on Beat: Flow and cue with rhythm, connecting your movements and instructions with the music for a more immersive experience.

The Science of Music: Understand song structure, break down the music, and align it with your practice for a powerful flow.

Combining Yoga & Music: Discover how to integrate yoga poses with music to create a cohesive and engaging experience for your students.

Spanda (Pulsation): Use the inhale/exhale in rhythm to elevate your practice and connect with the music.

Additive Cueing: Learn to fill the empty gaps and use effective cues to keep your students engaged. Move beyond just instructing asana names and learn how to connect and interact with your class in a deeper way.

Practice & Feedback: Cue and teach each other, refining your skills through direct practice and feedback.
