Start your Sunday with movement, fresh air, and good energy. This all-levels class takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Pétrusse Park, right by the mini golf buvette. In case of bad weather, we’ll move to our cozy pop-up yoga space just 1 minute away.
We’ll begin with gentle morning stretches to warm up the body and move the spine, easing into the day with mindful awareness. From there, we build the practice step by step toward a peak pose—starting with foundational asanas, focusing on alignment and breath, and flowing into a more dynamic, breath-led sequence.
Blending modern anatomy insights with traditional yoga wisdom, this practice is designed to support today’s lifestyle—helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance while connecting to your inner flow.
