What is a Therapeutic class?

Creating sustainable health. The aim is to release tension and relieve the body from unpleasant sensations. Instead of flowing through powerful sequences, the focus rather is on static poses that target specific body parts and areas of the body to strengthen and stretch them in order to achieve long-term benefits, and to increase overall well-being.
