➡️ Understanding the science of music: Song structure, song breakdown 

➡️ Analysis of the song 

➡️ Understanding how to combine yoga and music.

 ➡️ SPANDA: Pulsation - Inhale / Exhale. 

➡️ Practice cueing, teaching one another.  

**This workshop is especially for teachers, future teachers and everyone wanting to understand how to combine music / yoga.
